The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. Mission
The Tax and Documentation Specialist is a key element to ensure the quality and accuracy of the reporting done by the Bank, in an environment which is subject to constant changes and evolutions.
Main responsibilities
- Participate in the Data preparation and validation for reportings such as FATCA/CRS/Client reporting.
- Data quality control, Reconciliation and Reporting.
- Provide support to the front office about Client/Regulatory Tax reporting
- Perform regular controls on transactions and codification in our systems to ensure that the tax is properly levied and reported.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting related to statistics and KPIs.
- Follow up on requests from internal/external auditors, authorities.

Personal skills
Education
- Education: Master Degree
- Certification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax (or equivalent)
- Technical skills: Good knowledge with Excel, pivot table
- IT Tools: Ms office
Experience
- Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
- Experience required: Minimum of 5 years Banking experience in Tax services
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
Language
- French: Fluent
- English: Fluent
