Ignatius Pang joined UBP as its Head of FX Sales and Execution, Asia in 2018.
Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving UBP’s FX proposition across Asia, with a particular focus on developing the bank’s FX Advisory and Execution offering.
With nearly 20 years of experience in foreign exchange, Ignatius is highly knowledgeable about the FX business across both North and South Asia. His expertise in market analysis and extensive experience in dealing rooms have been instrumental in enhancing UBP’s FX advisory capabilities.
Prior to joining UBP, Ignatius was a Senior FX Advisor at Nomura Wealth Management, overseeing the FX desk’s business development. Earlier in his career, he worked with Crédit Agricole Indosuez in both Hong Kong and Singapore, ultimately serving as its Lead FX Advisor for the Asia desk, where he managed top FX DAC clients and spearheaded FX advisory solutions.
Ignatius holds a Master of Commerce in Economics and Finance and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Macquarie University.
