Description
The COO division encompasses several departments supporting the client-facing teams, with a global presence covering a multitude of activities and client services including Operations, Finance & Tax, Information Technology, Credit, Human Resources, Security & Data Governance, Programme Management and General Services. It strives to provide both in-house departments and external providers with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently.
Mission
Cost controlling, prepare analysis, dashboards & reports and build budgets. Help the top Management to manage their costs by improving the relationship between the resources involved and results.
Main responsibilities
• Implementation and control of direct and indirect cost allocation rules
• Gap analysis vs Budget and previous months
• Transfer Pricing calculation
• Perform forecasts and budgets
• Determination of standard back-office operations costs
• Production of several reporting to GL manager accounts
• Control of Capital Expenditure

• General knowledge of Bank accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of Business Objects and xls

Personal skills
Education
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: Excellent academic record with relevant master degree from top tier university
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
