Mission
12-month mission to support Discretionary Senior Portfolio Managers in their day-to-day portfolio management activites, following a significant increase in the number of mandates (inherited from decentralised DPM) and several departures in the GVA team
Main responsibilities
o Focus on Multi Asset Dedicated discretionary mandates
o Prepare portfolio management reports and presentation to clients
o Day-to-day portfolio management activities
o Flawless implementation of tactical asset allocation changes and decisions taken by the Global Investment Committee within the given time frames
o Ensure cash management for bespoke portfolios on a daily basis in a timely manner
o Ensure that client documentation is complete and investment objectives are clear
o Follow and/or maintain operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet UBP and local policy requirements

- Education: Master Degree
- IT Tools: Windows including VBA, Bloomberg

- Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
