Description

The COO division encompasses several departments supporting the client-facing teams, with a global presence covering a multitude of activities and client services including Operations, Finance & Tax, Information Technology, Credit, Human Resources, Security & Data Governance, Programme Management and General Services. It strives to provide both in-house departments and external providers with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently.


Mission

Second level support line. Technical and functional analysis and support on a new Triple'A Plus instance.


Main responsibilities

  • Second level analysis and support of Triple'A Plus requests or related information system interfaces
  • Functional support of the Triple'A Plus solution core engine, modules, through various channels access (GUI, WUI, ODdata)
  • Technical support regarding Triple'A and its interfaces. Functional knowledge regarding mapped entites (positions, operations, portfolio, instruments, asset classes, ...)
  • Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process. Contribute as subject matter export to : priorization, investigation and root cause analysis
  • Development of business functionalities in Triple'A Core GUI (formats, business logic, services)
  • Maintain excellent relationship and communication with stakeholders, other IT teams and business areas.

The candidate might be required to work early/late shifts include special presence for day-off , and periodically work on a on call support basis
Participation to selected phases of projects ( Design, implementation and system integration testing ) to provide feedback from a production perspective to these processes


Required technical knowledge on Oracle DBMS, Triple'A scripting and system setup, Unix shell scripting.

    Experience

    • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
    • Experience required: Required functional knowledge in the following area : Securities, FX, Money Market, Payments and transfers, Pricing, Performance and other Portfolio Management areas (Asset Allocation, Rebalancing, ...)
    • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

    • English: Fluent
