Group Compliance, Integration and Transformation office


Mission

As a Transformation Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Integration and Transformation office.


Main responsibilities

1.              Supporting in the preparation of regulatory examinations and audits and following-up on recommendations and action plans.

2.              Following up and supporting on key transformation activity, projects and initiatives across Compliance.

3.              Contributing to the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations to Compliance management and the bank’s bodies and committees.

4.              Following up and supporting on the Integration projects.


Personal skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Advanced oral and written communication skills in English and French. - Ability to work independently and with a wide range of different stakeholders (including IT) in a fast-paced environment.


Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: - At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the banking industry. - Understanding of banking products and services. - Excellent knowledge of Windows software, in particular Excel and power point. - Audit experience and/or risk management a plus.
  • Experience in private banking: Preferred
