Description

The Corporate Centre encompasses support functions other than Operations, and includes Compliance, Legal, Communications, Audit, Sustainability, and the Company Secretary’s Office. These teams are there to support all the Bank’s business lines in their endeavours to develop activities and serve clients at the same time as protecting its interests and reputation.


Mission

We are looking for a new position of Head of Digital Marketing & Communications.


Main responsibilities

In this role, the person will be:

  • Responsible for the Bank’s online presence and creative direction on all external channels (media / social media/ digital media)
  • Supervise all media activity and PR agencies management
  • Monitor the Bank’s online and offline reputation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline media strategies that align with the bank's overall marketing and communication objectives
  • Define the objectives and the strategy of integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Lead content and digital initiatives to establish thought leadership on key AM expertise’s
  • Contribute to UBP Brand awareness - Increase readership/audience leveraging all external communications channels
  • Contribute to advertising / sponsorships initiatives
  • Structure a “brand ambassador strategy”
  • Launch lead generation initiatives to support business development
  • Pilot the digital communications activities with relevant KPI’s
  • Manage and enhance Bank’s digital platforms  

Responsible for:

  • A team of 7 (media and digital)
  • Define our global media strategy (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, online medias)
  • Coordinate PR strategy with local media relations teams (Geneva, Zurich and Hong Kong).
  • Supervise ubp.com / website content and traffic
  • Articulate specific communication plans with stakeholders to promote UBP’s investment expertise externally.
  • Recycle/curate content into fitting format: news, articles, videos etc. Vulgarize content when necessary
  • Supervise, streamline and manage content creation
  • Contribute to content planning - Ensure consistency across all media/support
  • Management of a team of 5 people


Personal skills

  • Result oriented – Capacity to monitor results and allocate budget. Elaborate relevant KPI’s
  • Content editing Copywriting – Excellent written communications skills; experience to write, rewrite or edit complex /investment communications with a strong command of English;
  • Experience with traditional media relations is a plus

    • Education: Master Degree

    Experience

    • Years of experience: +10 : senior
    • Experience required: Solid Investment / background - Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in WM/ AM Digital vision – Master all social media platforms and digital communications tools – Capacity to elaborate sound digital media strategy (display, SEA, SEO etc) Project management – The ability to articulate complex projects with different stakeholders; good experience to lead the planning, development, and execution of specific projects
    • Experience in private banking: Mandatory
