Description
Within our Wealth Management Division you will join our International Desk which is in charge of providing superior quality level of banking services to our customers. The desk is composed by an international team of experimented Relationship Managers, Advisors and Assistants that ensure that UBP standards are provided to all clients.
Mission
The main mission is to support our relationship manager(s) in their activities showing pro-activity in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations, guidelines and quality standards.
Main responsibilities
I. Support and assistance to the front office and clients:
- Assist Relationship Managers (cfr. “RM”) in their relations with Wealth Management clients and marketing.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to help the RM’s to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Respond to clients’ needs with the support of the team’s relationship managers or corresponding experts.
- Prepare on behalf of the RM’s the contractual documents that need to be presented to clients or obtain supporting documents to complete their file.
II. Administrative tasks, transaction executions
- Follow up on maturity regarding deposits, loans and submit to the RM’s.
- Ensure the swift input of clients’ transactions/instructions/requests (transfers, tax report requests, etc.) and verify if they are executed/addressed correctly.
- Ensure that the necessary checks have been carried out before initiating fund outflows (transfers, securities settlements, cash for collection); follow-up on the correct validation of the orders with respective RM’s.Ensure the correct management of clients' credit cards (requests, payments, trouble shooting).
- Evaluate and pro-actively inform RM’s on clients’ request for information or assistance.
- Provide administrative support to the relationship manager(s) with opening and closing accounts, preparing visits and trips, filing client data and documents, (f.ex. mifid letters, …).
- Record all inputted transactions and client contact in the Bank’s data systems (transaction reports, own contact reports, CMS declarations, etc.), as required by internal directives.

Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: An experience in a similar position is required.
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
