Victoria is Head of Impact Development at UBP in addition to co-running the Bank’s Biodiversity Restoration strategy. She has 20 years’ experience and joined UBP in 2010 as a portfolio manager and analyst. Victoria is also co-chair of the Investment Leaders Group’s working committee (Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership) and is involved in several other initiatives including the Big Exchange, the PRI Nature Reference Group and the UBP Biodiversity Board, which has representation from several conservation experts.

Prior to UBP, she worked as an analyst and fund manager at Colombia Threadneedle and began her career as a corporate finance analyst.

Victoria holds a degree in History & German from the University of Durham.
