For the calendar year 2024, where investing in shares on behalf of investors:

• AGMs: Union Bancaire Privée (UK) Limited did not vote at any Annual General Meetings.
• EGMs: In respect of Extraordinary General Meetings where voting was undertaken, Union Bancaire Privée (UK) Limited in favour of all resolutions in line with management recommendations.
