Anne Rotman de Picciotto

Anne Rotman de Picciotto is a seasoned board member at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP).
She joined Goldman Sachs in 1997, where she started her career on the institutional sales desk for Asset Management, later moving on to focus on high net worth clients. During her time there, Anne also helped shape the mentoring program for female executives and participated in the recruitment of the Analyst Program for the Asset Management Division.
In 2002, she joined the management team at UBP’s London Branch, responsible for business development. In this role, Anne demonstrated her ability to cultivate and nurture long-lasting client relationships, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor. In 2006, she was appointed to the Board of Directors and sits on the Bank’s Audit and Remuneration Committees as well as UBP’s Swiss pension fund board. She also leads the Impact Advisory Board comprising top-level sustainability experts who help steer the investment process for UBP’s impact investment funds. Today she continues to focus her time on defining the Bank’s long-term growth strategy.
Anne also actively supports initiatives aimed at empowering younger generations, sitting on the campaign board of INSEAD through which she has collaborated to introduce and nurture UBP’s Next Generation effort.
Additionally, Anne continues to grow her engagement in philanthropy. Since 2016, she has served as Chair of the National Institute for Biotechnology at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Furthermore, Anne acts as an advisor to Macmillan Cancer Support, the UK’s leading care organisation providing services for people living with cancer. She is also involved in funding research for early-stage diagnosis of pancreatic cancer through a partnership with University College London.
Anne holds a degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne and an MBA from the INSEAD business school.
