Description

Mission
Ensure the quality and the accuracy of the client’s data at any stage of the banking relationship.
Main responsibilities
- Input data of account openings and modifications in different systems
- Provide first class customer service to stakeholders
- Verify that the information entered in the Bank's systems is complete according to the documentation signed
- Signature checks
- Digitize and scan clients account documentation amendments and opening
- Close relationship with Relationship Managers, answering their requests
- Provide first class customer service to stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks in an efficient manner
- Coordinate efforts to help a smooth flow in the process and always seek for improvements
This is a 100% role located in Zurich.

Education
- Education: Diploma
- Certification: Diploma/Certificate in a related field
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required:
- Knowledge in CDB regulations
- Solid banking-knowledge
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
Language
- German: Fluent

- French: Basic
