Michael Ostro, who joined UBP in 2016, is the Head of UBP’s Private Markets Group (PMG) in Asia. Having started as an investment specialist, he then shifted focus to market development.
Prior to joining the UBP PMG, Michael was an Investment Analyst on the trading desk of a multi-family office in London, ACPI Investment Managers (acquired by UBP), from 2016 to 2018. Before beginning his career in finance, he spearheaded the retail expansion of his family business, Ostro Minerals, from 2010 to 2016.
Michael graduated with Distinction from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 2015 and held a place on the University Dean’s List for six semesters.
