Marcos joined the UBP Group in December 2021, and since December 2023, he has been co-leading the Lisbon Branch of Union Bancaire Privée (Europe), S.A.
With 20 years’ experience in the private banking area, Marcos has been an active member of UBP’s wealth management teams, first in Geneva leading the Portuguese market team, and now in Lisbon. Prior to joining UBP, Marcos developed his career, first as a relationship manager and then as a market team leader, first with Banco Pinto & Sotto Mayor and then with Millennium Banque Privée, both in Portugal and in Switzerland.
Marcos holds a degree in Management from Universidade do Minho, Portugal, and a leadership training program diploma from IMD in Lausanne.
