瑞联毕业生计划
瑞联毕业生计划让您在银行内的多个部门接受培训，熟习不同团队的运作和业务。在受训12个月之后，您将成为我们的正式雇员。

瑞联学徒计划
如果您即将完成中学学业，或者您最近以优异的成绩完成中学学业，同时对经济、金融和银行感兴趣，并希望接受学徒训练，那么瑞联已为您的美好前途周全规划。我们期待收到您的申请，并支持您建立事业。
学徒将在瑞联银行内的多个部门接受在职培训，借此宝贵机会全面地了解不同部门的运作，并学习各种工作技能。
学徒计划从 8 月开始，为期三年。受训学徒在计划结束后将获得颁授联邦商业-银行部门能力证书（Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business – Banking Sector）（不论是否应考联邦 职业文凭试 (Federal Vocational Baccalaureate)）。这计划包括以下三个部分：
- 修读专业商学院课程
- 修读“挑战你的潜力”银行学校课程
- 在本行内的不同部门实习
