L’Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA («UBP») annonce avoir conclu un accord en vue d’acquérir ACPI Investments Limited («ACPI»), une société de gestion de fortune indépendante basée à Londres, ainsi que les activités d’ACPI IM Limited à Jersey.
