Wealth Management (WM): As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients' specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. Main responsibilities

  • Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the relationship manager(s)
  • Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications  
  • Cash management
  • Assist in AML clarifications and preparing clients KYC and related updates 
  • Interacting directly with clients by phone, e-mail and, occasionally in meetings 
  • Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations 
  • Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g., of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)  
  • Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)  
  • Deputy of other assistants if needed

This is a temporary 100% role in Zurich for 8 months.

    Education

    • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
    • Certification: Banking apprenticeship, CYP, internship or similar
    • Technical skills: Banking experience

    Experience

    • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
    • Experience required:
    • Experience as a Wealth Management Assistant is required for this role
    • Strong banking knowledge
    • Experience in banking is mandatory for this role
    • Language skills in Russian, German and French is a benefit for this role
    • Experience in private banking: Mandatory
