Mission
Manage the business processes related to the migration of accounts from the current acquisition company to UBP systems
Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage the business cutover plans for migration of the clients of the acquired bank onto the UBP’s technology systems and help the business teams formulate the interim processes to support the business in meeting their objectives.
- Together with the IT Workstream lead define, develop and implement cutover plans for the migration of the clients of the acquired bank onto the UBP’s technology systems to support harmonisation of organisational data and information.
- Contribute to the development of the technical cutover schedules and plans to ensure they align to business cutover plans and meet business objectives.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant issues linked to the migration Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, escalation, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met.
- Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including business managers, project managers and project team, to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and plans meet organisational change management guidelines and priorities.
