Description

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Support and be able to treat all processing covering the management of activities relating to Securities Transfer changes which will affect all kind of assets (including alternative assets such as mutual funds, Private Equities and Hedge Funds)


Main responsibilities

Management responsibilities

Present strategic opportunities to mitigate risk. Maintain our KPI/KRI indices internal to our business with a view to mitigating the risk associated with the securities transfer activities.

Be responsible for its activity by working closely with the various divisions of the bank in order to be up to date with the various regulations impacting our securities transfer activity.

Ensure department procedures are adhered to, review and maintain client task list and related SLA's

Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, with senior management

Lead staff meetings, participate on project management and industry events

Ensure daily follow up in respect of pending issues and take appropriate measures for resolution

Daily business responsibilities

Crossed analysis of the received information: custodian’s swifts, agent prospectus, contract notes and financial providers such as: Bloomberg, Telekurs

Perform control of reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions management

Be able to manage and control securities transfer instructions received from Wealth Management and external parties (transfer IN/OUT/Internal and funds registration process)

Control transmission of the deposits to our correspondents/Transfer Agents/Administrators and control of their safe delivery and acceptance

Follow-up of the topics and issues over the lifecycle of the securities transfer activities

Good understanding of the risks inherent in the Corporate Actions environment related to ongoing securities transfers and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

  • French: Mother Tongue
  • English: Fluent
