Our investment teams are organised by asset class and market, and they seek to unlock investment opportunities for our clients in equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes with a focus on either global or regional markets. Our investment expertise is backed by over 200 seasoned professionals and has a presence in the main financial centres in Europe and Asia.
Mission
As a Product Strategist at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offering and driving its success.
Main responsibilities
New Product Design:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to design and develop new products. Present proposals to the Strategic Product Committee for approval.
Product Offering Modifications:
Analyse and recommend key modifications to existing products, including mergers, closures, and significant enhancements, to strengthen UBP’s offerings.
Market Research Coordination:
Lead market research and competitive intelligence initiatives and to identify new product opportunities. Engage with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and advisors to validate product concepts and designs.
Ongoing Product Monitoring:
Continuously assess and monitor the performance of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and client expectations.

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile working practices, emphasizing client-centricity, adaptability, and iterative development. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving consensus. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining flexible to changing market conditions. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Education
- Education: Master Degree
Experience
- Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
- Experience required: Minimum of 8 years in management consulting, product management, project management or equivalent, with a strong track record in stakeholder management. Industry Experience: Experience in the asset management industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
Language
- English: Fluent
- Other: (French or German knowledge will be a plus)
