Adrian Künzi joined UBP in March 2018 as Site Manager of the Zurich branch. This he combined with the additional role of Head of the Northern Europe Region within the Wealth Management (WM) division initially, then being appointed Head of WM European Markets in August 2020. His mission is to further grow UBP’s footprint in Europe as well as defining WM’s strategy and driving its growth in that region.
Previously he was CEO of Notenstein La Roche for six years, after having worked for Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers for over ten years, where he was Head of the Investment Office and then Head of the Western Switzerland Region. Before that he was employed by Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking division.
Adrian Künzi holds a master’s and a doctorate in Economics and Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a master's in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.
