La succursale de Milan d’Union Bancaire Privée (Europe) S.A. (Luxembourg) – elle-même filiale de l’Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA à Genève – est située en plein cœur du quartier financier de la ville. Elle a été ouverte en 2012 pour la partie Asset Management ayant une activité de promotion de fonds.
Les services d’Asset Management sont fournis par une équipe de professionnels expérimentés possédant une longue expérience dans leurs métiers respectifs.
Asset Management
La division Asset Management du bureau d’UBP Milan compte parmi ses clients des fonds de pension, des distributeurs de fonds et des fondations bancaires. Nous opérons en qualité de prestataires de solutions d’investissement, et de responsables clientèle (relationship managers). Nous fournissons par exemple des informations sur les fonds promus et gérés par le Groupe UBP et offrons également l’accès, via certains compartiments, à plusieurs gérants de portefeuilles externes à la Banque. Par ailleurs, nous nous appuyons sur l’expertise et les capacités des gérants de fonds de l’UBP pour construire des mandats spécifiques, sur lesquels nous pouvons aussi proposer des services de conseil.
Depuis sa création, en 2012, UBP Milan a multiplié par près de sept ses avoirs sous gestion, qui s’élèvent aujourd’hui à quelque EUR 1,5 milliard. Cette croissance remarquable tient notamment à notre proximité avec nos clients, tant sur le plan géographique que dans notre mode de communication. La transparence est en effet au cœur de notre engagement, et au-delà des informations fréquentes que nous leur transmettons, nous nous attachons à les rencontrer régulièrement. Nos activités de commercialisation sont, elles, assurées par le Groupe UBP, garantissant ainsi un reporting concis et régulier.
