Relationship Manager Assistant, Wealth Management - Turkey (100%)

Challenges

Assist the relationship manager(s) in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.

Main responsibilities

  • Preparing documentation for RMs’ meetings with clients and business trips
  • Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications  
  • Handling AML clarifications and preparing higher-risk client reviews 
  • Interacting directly with clients by phone, e-mail and occasionally in meetings 
  • Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations 
  • Preparing investment proposals 
  • Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g. of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)  
  • Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)  
  • Supporting the RMs in maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation, (e.g. regarding client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
  • Stand in for other assistants in case of absences

You will work in the Turkey team - located in Zurich, 100%.

Education

  • Education: Diploma
  • Certification: Degree in a related field

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required:
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in financial sector is required
  • Fluent in Turkish & English
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • Other: Fluent (Turkish)
