HR Manager - Wealth Management

Mission

Based in our Geneva offices, you will be joining our Human Resources Department and supporting the HR Business Partner in charge of the Global Wealth Management division.

Overall, the role is to provide support to the HR Business Partner with a variety of daily HR Business Partner activities as well as HR processes related to recruitment, performance management, learning & development, HR reporting, compensation & benefits.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level HR guidance in support of the HR Business Partner or directly to the business;
  • Follow up on the implementation of decisions confirmed through the HR Business Partner and providing support the HR Business Partner on more complex cases;
  • Coordination with the recruitment team on open positions; definition of needs, selection of candidates, determing offers to be made, follow-up with candidates;
  • Conduct follow-up discussions at the end of trial periods and exit interviews, ensure relevant feedback is shared and treated accordingly;
  • Prepare various reports (newcomers, leavers, recruitments, absences, appraisals, trainings etc.);
  • Participate to the development and organisation of specific Wealth Management training initiatives;
  • Ensure organizational changes are understood and implemented properly; 
  • Contribute to various local / global HR Projects for the WM division throughout the entire project cycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation;
  • Provide support to various strategic HR processes led by the HR Business Partner throughout the division, (including at global level)

 

Experience:

4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, either in a similar role or as a HR Generalist

Solid comprehension of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

Fluent in French and English, any other language an asset

 

Personal skills:

at ease in a multicultural environment, highly organized, ability to handle pressure and high volumes

excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, strong client-orientation

demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
