Description

Main responsibilities

As a member of the Core Banking team  in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst  will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on various projects related to core banking platform  for which his/her main responsibilities would be the followings:

  • Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
  • Business Analysis and formalization of business needs
  • Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners
  • Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users
  • High level business requirements specification
  • High level development workload estimation
  • Monitor the warranty period 

Requested skills and experience:

  • Strong IT delivery transformation experience
  • Seniority and good communication skills
  • Experience with core banking landscape in a bank or in software firm
  • Autonomous
  • Structured methodology
  • Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal)
  • Client oriented
  • Capability to drive onshore/offshore teams
  • Knowledge of Derivatives
  • Knowledge of Murex and mainly its integratin the bank ecosystem

Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Technical skills: SQL

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: Strong experience (over 15+ years) in banking industry Experience with Operational Processes within Wealth Management, in particular with Back Office and Trading processes
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Optional

Autonomous Structured methodology Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal) Capacity to respect confidentiality of both the bank and the mission Client oriented Ability to work in a high-pressure environment given fixed timeframe Practical
