The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA is looking for a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager based in Zurich, who will collaborate in the further development of the CSR strategy and its implementation across the Bank, including its international locations.
Mission
In collaboration with the Head of CSR and the Head of Sustainability, establish the UBP’s sustainability agenda compliant to the upcoming sustainability regulations.
Challenges
Manage the daily activities related to CSR and collaborate with the Head of CSR on strategic actions.
Main responsibilities
Assist the UBP CSR team to face its current numerous tasks and challenges, including:
- Preparation work to comply with upcoming non-financial regulations (e.g. CSRD, Swiss Code of Obligations)
- Preparation of the annual carbon footprint assessment and compensation
- Preparation of the annual Sustainability Report and TCFD report
- Definition of net-zero path for the Bank
- Project management on CSR topics, e.g., paper and waste reduction, diversity, community engagement, and carbon actions, etc.
- Interface management with Group sites, act as contact point for CSR targets and actions, with focus on environmental goals
