WM External Asset Management Control Officer

Mission

Managing EAMs’ onboarding at group level Delivering commercial, administrative and operational support to the Market Heads and the respective teams Ensuring the completion of the yearly EAM control plan and keeping it up to date

Challenges

.

Main responsibilities

  • Performing first line of controls as per the EAM Control Plan and Management & Functional Controls framework
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring specific action plans and projects.    Identifying areas for improvement in existing procedures and processes.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is requested , obtained and registered as part of the EAM on boarding.
  • Supporting the EAM teams on commercial , administrative and operational day to day or exceptional requests.
  • Working with the Head of EAM Controls on the delivery of the main projects of 2024 (Evolution of the organisation and of the IT Tools )
  • Seconding the Head of EAM Controls in his tasks
  • Delivering any other task required by Management relating to the Mission of the employee.

Education

  • Education: CFC
  • IT Tools: High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.. MS Power BI, SQL language, MS Power Query, SAP Busines

Experience

  • Years of experience: see below
  • Experience required: Min 3 years in control tasks in a Swiss banking environment, proficiency in Compliance and Regulatory matters surrounding External Asset Management.
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language

  • English: Fluent

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

  • Strong analytical, naturally well-organized, and curious mindset with excellent research skills.
