Institutional Clients Service - Internship 1 year

Mission

The IC Service team is responsible for serving as primary contact to large and complex institutional clients globally, helping to cover and acquire institutional clients, contributing actively to, improve profitability, and retain and grow the AM business

Challenges

As part of the COO INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS division you will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of the Asset Management industry from markejusting and sales to investments.

Main responsibilities

  • This role encompasses the following tasks
  • Supporting Retrocession team with their daily calculations
  • Collaborating with Institutional Client Service team in different projects related to Asset Management business.
  • Support the retrocession team in its day-to-day calculations and participate in ad hoc analysis and quantitative metrics.
  • Participate in the implementation of cross-functional projects (such as the funds database);
  • Ensure the accuracy of data on UBP funds in various platforms (Morningstar, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and answer related questions.

Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Certification: A young undergraduate between a bachelor's and a master's degree would be perfect

Experience

  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Optional
