Client Documentation Specialist (Zurich, 100%)

Description

Mission

Ensure the quality and the accuracy of the client’s data at any stage of the banking relationship.

Challenges

Being accurate and detail-oriented; work under pressure with high volume and tight deadlines.

Main responsibilities

  • Input data of account openings and modifications in different systems
  • Provide first class customer service to stakeholders
  • Verify that the information entered in the Bank's systems is complete according to the documentation signed
  • Signature checks
  • Digitize and scan clients account documentation amendments and opening 
  • Close relationship with Relationship Managers, answering their requests
  • Provide first class customer service to stakeholders
  • Handle administrative tasks in an efficient manner
  • Coordinate efforts to help a smooth flow in the process and always seek for improvements

This is a 100% role located in Zurich.

Education

  • Education: Diploma
  • Certification: Diploma/Certificate in a related field

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required:
  • Knowledge in CDB regulations
  • Solid banking-knowledge
  • Experience in private banking: Preferred

Language

  • German: Fluent
  • English: Fluent
  • French: Basic

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

  • detail-oriented
  • works well under stress; stress resistance
